Carolina Pereira

Carolina began her career as a lawyer in Brazil, specializing in financial, contract, and civil law. She then deepened her focus on contract law during her master’s studies in the Netherlands. After transitioning into the Expert Network industry, Carolina quickly distinguished herself as a top-performing recruiter for executive advisors, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Her success stems from a keen ability to understand complex client needs, forge strong relationships, and deliver top-tier talent under pressure. Carolina’s sharp analytical mindset and commercial acumen consistently drive results, ensuring clients receive exceptional service on even the most challenging mandates.

Outside of work, Carolina collects antiques and renovates them, loves to read, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
